IMPORTANT: Booking Policy
- •2-hour minimum included with every tier, +$100 per additional hour
- •Deposit required with every tier to secure your booking
- •Cancellations within 1 week of the event will NOT have their deposit refunded
- •$25 travel charge applies if your event is more than 20 miles away

How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 4-6 weeks in advance for standard events, and 2-3 months for large events or peak season dates (May-September and December).
Is a deposit required to secure a booking?
Yes, a 30% deposit is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due one week before your event date.
What happens after I submit my booking request?
Our team will review your request and contact you within 24-48 hours to discuss details and provide a customized quote.
Do you provide all necessary equipment?
Yes, we provide all 360 photo booth equipment including the platform, cameras, lighting, and props needed for your event, including setup and teardown.
Can I modify my booking after confirmation?
Yes, modifications can be made up to 2 weeks before your event, subject to equipment and staff availability.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations within 1 week of the event will not have their deposit refunded. We recommend booking with confidence and reviewing our full terms and conditions for more details.
